What’s in the bundle?
First up is our Classic Negroni. My objective was to make the world’s best Negroni and with the Gold Medal confirming it is Best In Country, it’s well on the way to proving that it is the best in the world.
What makes it different? Well a 42% craft floral gin from Hawkridge, Campari and a Vermouth sourced from the Tuscan hills with my own Orange bitters, bottled and aged, giving this a deeper, smoother and more flavoursome expression than if you make it fresh. It’s better than bar standard and at 28% ABV it packs a punch!
Then we have the Classic Old Fashioned, made with our 9 year Old Old Chapter English Whiskey, aged in Buffalo Trace barrels for a sweeter taste before being paired with organic authentic maple syrup and a mix of angostura and my orange bitters and then bottled and aged. Also with the Gold Medal, this is officially the best Old Fashioned in the UK
The result, silky smooth, sweet and tangy, with 36% ABV, really wonderful and my favourite Old Fashioned of all time!
Lastly, we have the Old Chapter Whisky, the aging in bourbon barrels gives this a lovely finish and since bourbon is usually a young spirit, to have a 9 year old Whiskey in an Old Fashioned makes a massive difference.
